The Lazy River Cabin

AGE REQUIREMENT: 21 Years old

DEPOSIT: Reservations require a 50% deposit of your total rental charges. The balance of your stay is due fourteen days before your arrival date. If you are making your reservation within 14 days of your arrival date, the full amount is due at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN: Check-in time is 3:00 PM or later EST.

CHECK-OUT: Check out time is 11:00 AM EST. Late departures could result in your being charged for another day's stay.

PET POLICY: Sorry we can not allow pets at this time.

SMOKING : Smoking is allowed outside the cabin.

DAMAGE AND RESIDUAL CHARGES: A $100.00 deposit is required for any damages or missing items. Refundable 7-14 days after departure.

FORMS OF PAYMENTS: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, cash, money orders and traveler's checks. No personal checks.

CANCELLATIONS: Your reservation is a contract between you and this company that we agree to hold this cabin and not rent it to anyone else for the time period you have reserved. Because of this, if you cancel less than 14 days before you arrive, there is NO REFUND for cancellation. *If you cancel 15-29 days prior to your arrival, a 50% refund. If you cancel 30 days prior to your arrival, there is a 100% refund. *If we rent the unit - full refund.

INDEMNITY CLAUSE: By accepting this reservation the registered guest and party will not hold Red Hill General Store Inc., the owner, or any of their staff liable for loss of property or injury to anyone in their party and will not bring any suit in any court against the above.
